What counts as a "technician license"?

Each active support agent who uses Odin Help to manage tickets, access RMM, or perform support work. Read-only admin accounts are not counted.

Can I mix plans or upgrade later?

Yes. Start on Basic, move to Pro any time. Billing is prorated for mid-cycle upgrades.

How is RMM priced on self-service plans?

Basic includes a hard cap of 50 RMM agents per account. Pro and Enterprise scale unlimited, billed per endpoint at $2.00 / $1.50 / $1.00 depending on volume tier.

What is the difference between Core Remote and Advanced Hybrid managed plans?

Core Remote is remote-only managed support, with onsite billed hourly. Advanced Hybrid bundles a pooled onsite allowance (1 hour per 10 users / month), server monitoring, vendor coordination, and a quarterly business review.

Why are there monthly minimums on managed plans?

Managed plans bundle real technician time. Minimums ensure we can staff and standardize your environment correctly — $1,500/mo on Core, $3,000/mo on Advanced.
